Here to help you navigate grief, loss and life’s transitions with hope, healing and resilience.

Life has a way of changing us. Sometimes those changes come through moments of great joy. Sometimes they come through experiences we never expected grief, loss, trauma or life-changing transitions that leave us wondering how to move forward.

What we do with those experiences can shape the rest of our lives. Whether you are mourning the death of a loved one, navigating miscarriage or baby loss, adjusting to a life-changing diagnosis, experiencing the end of a relationship, facing infertility, or living through another significant life transition, the journey can feel overwhelming, isolating and deeply personal. Some losses are visible.

Others remain hidden behind a smile, carried through everyday life. We need to be mindful of the fact that, Grief is not only about death. It is the natural response to any significant loss, and it can touch every part of who we are. This can be our emotional, physical, relational and spiritual wellbeing. You do not have to walk that journey alone.

My own experiences of profound loss taught me that healing is not about forgetting or simply “moving on.” It is about finding the courage to take the next step, rediscovering hope, and learning how to live meaningfully alongside what has changed.

Today, I combine lived experience with specialist training and professional expertise to support individuals, families, communities and organisations navigating grief, trauma and life’s most challenging transitions. Through one-to-one support, workshops, speaking engagements, advocacy and consultancy, I am passionate about creating compassionate, trauma-informed spaces where people feel seen, heard and supported without judgement.

I believe healing begins when silence is broken, stories are honoured, and people are given permission to grieve in their own way and in their own time. Whether you are seeking understanding, practical support or simply a safe space to begin again, you are welcome here. Together, we can create space for healing, nurture resilience, and help you move forward with hope.

From Lived Experience to Purpose

There are some journeys that change us forever. For me, that journey has been shaped by grief, loss and the courage to keep hoping. Over several years, I experienced the heartbreak of multiple pregnancy losses, each one carrying its own hopes, dreams and unimaginable pain. Alongside these losses came the grief of unfulfilled expectations, changing identities and the emotional challenges that often accompany life’s unexpected transitions.

Watch my channel 5 interview, where I share more about my personal journey and why I am passionate about helping others navigate grief, Loss and life’s transitions with hope and compassion.

These experiences gave me a profound understanding of the many faces of grief. I know what it means to search for answers, to feel isolated in your pain, and to long for someone who truly understands without trying to fix or rush your healing. Yet I also discovered that healing is possible. Not because the losses and anguish disappeared, but because hope can begin to grow alongside them.

Rather than allowing my experiences to define my future, I chose to transform them into a purpose. Today, I combine lived experience with specialist training, professional expertise and a deep commitment to compassionate care, supporting individuals, families, communities and organisations through grief, trauma and life’s significant transitions.

My work has taken me into communities, healthcare settings, conferences, support groups and national conversations, including sharing my story on Channel 5 to help raise awareness of the realities of grief and the importance of compassionate support.

Everything I do is rooted in one belief: No one should have to navigate grief, loss or life’s most difficult transitions feeling alone.

Whether your journey has just begun or you have been carrying your grief quietly for many years, I hope this space reminds you that healing is possible, hope can be rediscovered, and your story still has purpose.

Life’s unexpected challenges can leave us reeling, but I refused to let my losses define me. The profound pain of losing my parents, grandparents, siblings, and cherished friendships left me shattered, longing for solace and a way forward.

Through the unimaginable agony of five miscarriages, shattered my dreams and a broken relationship. I felt robbed of the joy I believed was my right as a woman of childbearing age. Each pregnancy brought anticipation, hope, and excitement only to be shattered with the devastating news of “sorry there is no lost heartbeat.” I craved answers, searching relentlessly for solace amidst the despair.

Driven by determination, I delved into support groups and devoured self-help books, seeking respite from the overwhelming grief. Yet, I found myself drowning in hopelessness, yearning for a lifeline.

Amidst the darkness, I discovered The Grief Recovery Method and Edu-Therapy. These powerful tools became my beacons of light, guiding me through the intricate process of healing. With a newfound strength and purpose, I confronted my losses head-on, acknowledging the depth of my pain.
